The Salamanca district or Golden Mile of Madrid is the epitome of luxury in Madrid. Here you’ll find renowned international names and some of the most famous restaurants in the capital.
- Prada: Famous worldwide for its bags, it is located in the heart of the district. 4 C/ Goya.
- Loewe: The Spanish brand has various branches in Madrid, and one of them is located at 26 c/ Serrano.
- Carolina Herrera: The Colombian designer was one of the first to set up shop on Madrid’s Golden Mile, with lavish premises where you will find all her clothing, cosmetics and accessories lines. 16 and 78 C/ Goya
- Joyería Suárez: The prestigious jewellery shop has its flagship store at 62 calle Serrano.
- Amaya Arzuaga: One of our most renowned designers has her only store in Spain here, just five minutes from the Centro Colón apartments. Not to be missed… 50 C/ Lagasca

- Alkalde: You’ll find the best in Basque cuisine at 10 calle Jorge Juan.
- El Paraguas: Traditional Spanish food, with a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, and an excellent wine cellar. Situated at 16 calle Jorge Juan.
- Iroco: Restaurant famous for its international cuisine and magnificent indoor patio. 18 C/ Velázquez.
- El Rincón de Goya: The best place in the district for sampling authentic Madrid tapas. Don’t forget to try the Cecina de León cured beef! 48 C/ Lagasca.
- Ayala Japón: One of those restaurants you’ll never leave disappointed… With very affordable prices, it offers endless Japanese dishes with fusion cuisine combining the most modern current trends. 67 C/ Ayala.
The Las Salesas district, now known as the Soho of Madrid, is famous for its fashion, cosmetic and household shops, not to mention its fantastic restaurants, combining the district’s Bourgeois vibe with today’s wave of modernity.

- Ainhoa: Traditional food from northern Spain, with an excellent menu of meat and fish dishes. 12 C/ Bárbara de Braganza.
- Puccinela: If you fancy a good pizza, this is the ideal place in Madrid. 7 C/ Regueros.
- Asian: We recommend it for an evening meal as a couple, a luxury Chinese restaurant with a romantic touch. 4 Travesía de San Mateo.
