- The building has 13 floors and 4 lifts.
- Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- We have heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer.
- Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?
- Yes, we have a left-luggage service.
- Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
- You will find a public car park (payable) in the building itself and another opposite the apartments.

- Yes, we have a Wi-Fi connection in the foyer.
