We don’t have rooms with a terrace or balcony, but we do have external-facing ones.

We don’t have non-smoking rooms.
How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift?
The building has 13 floors and 4 lifts.
Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
We have heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer.
Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, we have a left-luggage service.
Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
You will find a public car park (payable) in the building itself and another opposite the apartments.
Is there any internet or email access in the hotel for guests?
Yes, we have a Wi-Fi connection in the foyer.
Is there high-speed internet in the room for my laptop?
We have mobile internet via USB connection (payable and subject to availability).
What languages do they speak at reception?
Spanish and English.
